Quebec - Workshop :Innovative Technologies in Coop Food Retail

The Conference will aim to present the best practices of consumer cooperatives around the world in their use of innovative technologies in food retail that are adapted to their mission and values (consumer information, labelling, product information, certifications, etc). CCW members will also be able to identify specific challenges and share potential solutions for them. In addition, leading experts from the private sector will provide the overall background to the innovative technology use in retail and its effect on the grocery business. This will allow for an interesting exchange of perspectives, during which consumer cooperatives will see where they stand in terms of achievement and progress.

The format of the event will combine individual presentations and workshops. The event is open for all Summit delegates. The working language will be English. The languages for which interpretation will be provided will be confirmed in due time.
